Because of Kindle Direct Publishing (Select) restrictions, my publisher had to take the novel off all other e-book retailers, such as Nook, Apple, Kobo and Smashwords. That's not my preference, but Amazon enables authors to do bargain pricing to a huge audience with its "Countdown Deals," so my novels have to stay on Kindle for a while. We will "go wide" with both books after the 90-day period ends.
